Chamaecereus luisramirezii spec. nov. *3^ MGC88524 Bolivia; Tarija; between Mecoya and Capilla de Bermejo, 800 - 2300 m

Newly described species with pretty, large, orange flowers. With its hanging shoots up to 50 cm long, it is more reminiscent of Aporocactus and is very suitable as a hanging plant. The plant is considered hardy to -10 °C.
